Typically, we work with a 50% advance to begin the project and 50% upon completion. For larger projects, we can structure milestone-based payments. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other digital payment methods. All payments are invoiced properly.

Since we create customized digital work specific to each client, refunds are generally not available once work has started. However, if you have concerns at any stage, we encourage you to discuss them with us — we're committed to finding solutions. Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case within 7 days of payment.
